Morning TV presenter! Lauren Sanchez Perfects Bikini Body in Mexico

She often begins her mornings under the glare of lights at the Good Day LA television studio, but Lauren Sanchez had an another more pleasant start this week.

The 42-year-old mother of three and former So You Think You Can Dance host instead woke up to sunshine and blue skies while holidaying in Cabo San Lucas.

She showed off her athletic figure in a pink and blue striped bikini as she watched over her children as they splashed around during an early swim.

No horseplay! Sanchez kept her brood in line as they frolicked in the pool

Miss Sanchez celebrated the New Year south of the border with her husband, Hollywood agent, Patrick Whitesell and their three children, Nikko, 10, Evan, 5, and Ella, 3.

Sanchez took to Twitter as soon as she arrived in Mexico, writing  'Good morning Cabo! Beauty at its finest!'

The TV reporter, whose 2005 wedding included Whitesell's clients Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Jessica Alba, and Hugh Jackman, patrolled
poolside while catching some rays.

As her children played with an inflatable pool toy, Sanchez adjusted her bikini to make sure it made the most of her assets and worked on her winter tan.

The canny Sanchez has made a second career out of playing a news anchor in a host of movies including The Longest Yard, Fantastic Four, The Day After Tomorrow, Batman Begins and Fight Club.
